POWDERED CELLULOSE

Powdered cellulose is manufactured by mechanical processes from the finest quality of wood pulp.

CHARACTERISTICS

Powdered cellulose is negatively charged in water. It can absorb metallic and cationinc component solutions containing such type of ionic materials. It also exhibits very superior electrical resistance. It has very less water absorption tendency even at elevated humidity. Thermal resistance is excellent up to 150 C. Very low tendency to absorb moisture and can be dyed homogenously. Affinity for pigments is very strong. It is insoluble in water and most solvents except special solvents such as cuprammonium.
